EDIT: This morning we offered a ONE-ON-ONE free interactive Facebook Messenger Chat to a new CSM user who had voiced frustrations with her machine on one of the Facebook CSM groups. After some communication with this person, we scheduled the video chat to begin at 8:30am (it ran until 10:15am).
This opportunity I provide to anyone seeking help for free with the hopes they will help someone else some day in the future. :)
I am happy to say today went very well with our chat ending with the continued help going forward if needed.
